Owner and Managing Broker for Royal Club Realty
Matt Ouellette came to Mexico as a vacationer and real estate investor and fell in love with the area. Originally from the west coast of Canada, Matt found a Spanish beauty in British Columbia and the two of them were married in Spain. After years of rainy cold weather in Vancouver, Matt and his wife decided they would like to explore living in a warm tropical climate so in 2000 they bought an ocean front condo in the Puerto Vallarta area.
In 2003 they sold their business and moved to Mexico full time. Understanding the value, Matt and his wife bought three additional properties on the beach. Matt began his career selling real estate with Grupo Real Del Mar developments, and quickly moved on to be a focal member of the Royal Club Real Estate team . His passion for life and properties comes from both his personal experiences with his home in Punta Esmeralda (a Grupo Real del Mar community) and the many friends (new and old) that have been made over the years.
Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two boisterous boys, watching and playing ice-hockey, soccer, and many other sports such as tennis and golf. His favorite thing to do is to get together with friends on the beach around a bonfire and play guitar. Matt loves to meet people, chat and exchange ideas and culture. Matt is fluent in English and Spanish.

Cesar and Claudia Cabrera
The husband and wife team.
Cesar and Claudia are a lovely well-informed couple that are relatively new to the real estate-vacation home business. However, since they’re young and enthusiastic and of course knowledgeable they present a versatility and energy about them that you just don’t get from many real estate advisors.
Both Claudia and Cesar are fluent in Spanish and English and originally come from beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada. They are full-time residents of Puerto Vallarta and would love to put their knowledge to use and show you what your options are for real estate in their area.
Fernando, born in Albacete, Spain, but raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico from the time he was 10 years old, is a knowledgeable and experienced young realtor/property manager in the Puerto Vallarta-Riviera Nayarit areas. You could say that Fernando’s been raised in a real estate family meaning that it’s essentially in his blood and part of his being.
Fernando has also completed the rigorous real estate agent’s AMPI updated licensing course and is largely considered to be the youngest most experienced real estate agent in the area of Puerto Vallarta. Fernando also has more than 7 years experience in the property managing business as well as real estate.
Given that Fernando isn’t even 30 years old yet we can see why our clients love working with him. Fernando Martinez and Matt Ouellette work very well together in the rental business should you need to rent out your vacation home property and or just keep in tip-top shape for when you do wish to use it.
Fernando is bilingual and very knowledgeable in the legal side of real estate as well. His hobbies include a variety of sports including soccer, tennis and believe it or not ice hockey (not very common for a Spanish born-Mexican).
